Kanilsnúðabrauð or Cinnamon Bread. Who doesn't love all things Cinnamon? The comforting flavour takes me back to my childhood in Iceland. I'll be baking this in my kitchen this weekend. We've had severe weather warnings here in the UK. We're set to have the biggest storm since the 80´s on Monday, so it will be a case getting the cat (and boyfriend) in, where we will cosy up together to watch the spectacle from our sofa - with our cinnamon bread!
